Juventus player, Argentine Paulo Dybala, sent an emotional message to the fans of the “old lady”, after he officially announced his departure from the ranks of the “old lady” at the end of the current season.
Dybala, through his personal account on Twitter, posted a lengthy and emotional message to the Bianconeri fans, in which he said: “Tomorrow, Monday, I will play my last match in this shirt. It is difficult to imagine, but it will be our last farewell. It will not be easy, but I will enter the stadium.” With a smile and with my head held high, because I know I did my best for the club.”
The Argentine, who won 12 titles with Juventus and scored 115 goals, added: “I thought we would continue together for more years, but fate separates our ways… I will never forget what you made me live with in every game and every goal.”
Dybala concluded his message: “I thank you for your support in difficult times, and I thank all those who accompanied me throughout the years of my career, from the fans to the club’s employees. I thank everyone, coaches, colleagues, employees and administrators .. Wearing this shirt and the armband is one of the greatest moments of pride in my life, which I hope I will have my children and grandchildren tell it someday.”
Dybala failed to reach an agreement to renew his contract with the Italian Juventus board of directors due to the player’s high financial demands, to leave the Juventus ranks in the next summer transfer market, where his contract is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2022.
Several recent press reports indicated that Inter Milan is the club closest to obtaining Paulo Dybala’s services in the upcoming summer transfer market, in support of the snakes’ ranks starting from next season.
Paolo started his career with the Argentine club Instituto de Cordoba, who plays in the second division, but soon joined Italian football through the Palermo club gate at the age of 18. He played there 3 seasons before joining the “old lady” season 2015-2016. Dybala wore the shirt of his country in 32 matches, and now he is leaving Juventus after 7 seasons in search of a new experience.
Dybala left his team, Juventus, in fourth place in the Italian league table with 69 points, which ensured qualification for the Champions League, but he did not win any titles this season. He provided (5) assists.
