The Mediterranean Knights will set up an external camp in Egypt from May 17-25, during which the team will play one or two friendly matches in preparation for the African Nations Cup qualifiers.

The Libyan team will play in the African qualifiers in Group X, which includes Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea and Botswana. The first and second places in each group will qualify for the tournament that will be held in Côte d’Ivoire early next year.
