The Special Prosecution of the Regional Council of the state of Monastir today approved the draft development plan 2023-2025, during its first regular session of 2022, which was held today at the headquarters of the state of Monastir under the supervision of the first commissioner in charge of managing the affairs of the state, Tariq Al-Bakoush, and in the presence of various regional administrations, mayors, accredited and representatives of national organizations.

Tariq Al-Bakoush confirmed that all the observations raised during the discussion will be taken into account in the written report.

He said that the authority respected the deadlines set in preparing the project of the development plan 2023-2025, highlighting the importance of the next stage in the development plan, which is the arbitration stage at the central level.

State Secretary General Bashir Attia added that the regional administrations gave a great addition during their preparation for the development plan project, as there was a collective intelligence that created an added value in this work, and the previous plan was taken into account when preparing the draft development plan 2023-2025, stressing that the draft plan was prepared in a manner Scientific, which makes it feasible, he says.

At the beginning of the session, the heads of the teams for human development, social welfare and inclusion, sustainable development and circular economy, infrastructure and territorial development, productive sectors, investment and competitiveness read their reports and then discussed them before unanimous approval.

The four reports or the discussion resulted in several proposals, including the promotion of clubs in educational institutions, the maintenance of school playgrounds, the necessity of assignment, the generalization of social work offices, the provision of educational institutions with modern equipment, the creation of a university sports complex, the provision of integrated services in the university services sector, the improvement of food in restaurants and the preparation of rooms For people with special needs in dormitories, support for psychological briefing with students, reactivation of the institution’s council at the center of vocational training centers in the region, and the issuance of regulatory texts to activate the partnership between the public and private sectors.

It also focused on the development of a strategic plan within the scheme to update the most important archaeological sites in the state of Monastir, and the creation in the state of Monastir of a center for battered women, an institution for preparing for marital and parental life, and a regional center for the formation of childhood frameworks.

The proposals in the health sector included the necessity of creating a university hospital specialized in obstetrics and neonatology, a public hemodialysis center in Qasr Hilal, and a basic health complex in Moknin, and expediting the allocation of funds to rebuild basic health centers that are at risk of falling in the region.

Creating the Municipal Agency for Services and increasing the number of municipalities adopted by the National Disinfection Office in the region.

During the discussion, the participants demanded the separation of the obstetrics and neonatology center in Monastir from the Fattouma Bourguiba University Hospital in Monastir, and the valuation of the rest of the local seeds, which are currently limited to potato seeds in the joint complex, and the redistribution of the previously granted licenses for red tuna hunting in another way to ensure a fair distribution and to be profitable on the The entire seafarers in the region, the restructuring of the Vocational Training Center in Nabula, the provision of credits to the region to implement development projects, and a review of the positive discrimination that greatly harmed the region.
