The amendments included: Amending paragraph 19 of Article One to read as follows: “The city subject to the permit: the cities, governorates and centers in which the individual is authorized to engage in the activity of public fare or the activity of airport fare in them.” Adding paragraph 51 in Article One with the following text: “Suns system: a central automated system for a network National information, through which information is transferred to the National Information Center through the networks licensed by the Communications and Information Technology Commission,” adding a paragraph bearing the number 52 to the first article with the following text “Entrepreneurship establishments: establishments classified according to a system of the competent authorities in the Kingdom, which carry out launch and design operations And the operation of specialized businesses, which are usually in the form of small or medium-sized start-ups, amend paragraph (I-B) of Article 4 to read as follows: “A commercial register that includes a valid rental activity.”

The new amendments stipulated amending Paragraph (2) of Clause (First) of Article (Fourth) to read as follows: “Providing an appropriate center in the city subject to the license in accordance with the approved municipal and technical requirements, or the requirements issued by the relevant competent authorities,” adding the following text to Inability of Article Seven “It is allowed to submit a renewal application and fulfill all its conditions within a period of 180 days from the expiry of the license, otherwise the license shall be considered canceled, without prejudice to the authority’s right to impose a financial fine, if any.”

As for the amendment of Clause (Third) of Article Nine to become as follows: “Without prejudice to the authority’s right to demand payment of financial fines (if any), the license shall be considered canceled in the following cases: Amending subparagraph (1) of Clause (Third) of Article (Ninth) To read as follows: “A period of 180 days has passed since the expiry of the license without renewing it.” Paragraph (b) of Article (ten) was amended to become as follows “a valid commercial register that includes the activity of a paid broker” and to amend subparagraph (c) of Paragraph (1) of The first clause of Article (10) becomes as follows: “a financial guarantee in the name of the Authority, amounting to 100,000 riyals, and the president may exempt entrepreneurship establishments from this condition for the first license year.”

The amendments also referred to the amendment of paragraph (2) of the first item of Article (ten) to read as follows: “Providing an appropriate center in the city subject to the license in accordance with the approved municipal and technical requirements, or the requirements issued by the relevant competent authorities,” and adding the following text to the inability of Article ( Thirteenth) “It is allowed to submit a renewal application and fulfill all its conditions within a period of 180 days from the end of the license, otherwise the license will be considered canceled, without prejudice to the authority’s right to impose a financial fine (if any).”

Amending paragraph (2) of Clause First of Article (33) to read as follows: “Linking to the Shamoos security system in the event of transportation between cities or outside the Kingdom.”

Amending paragraph (16) of the first item of Article (33) to become as follows: “The obligation to provide all safety tools (fire extinguisher, reflective safety triangle, first aid bag, spare tire, tire change tools) according to the type of vehicle.”

Amending Paragraph (22) of Clause Two of Article (33) to become as follows: “Ensuring that the vehicle is equipped with all safety tools before embarking on the trip (fire extinguisher, reflective safety triangle, first aid bag, spare tire, tire change tools) according to the type of vehicle. Adding a new violation to the table of violations of vehicle steering activity, to read as follows: “Fail to stop the service of the vehicle in violation of the technical specifications and equipment approved by the President.” The value of the violation is three thousand riyals, and the renumbering of the violations is taken into account.
